In- person- One on One training in our private gym located between Stittsville and Carp.

In- person- One on One training 

Sessions are private and scheduled weekly. 

In your sessions, you will learn the basics of strength training, its benefits and how to perform exercises with excellent technique.  

I will help guide you to feel comfortable performing workouts on your own and help you adhere to nutritional guidelines.

Every program is individualized and designed with your specific goals
